Heel To Toe

Bought shoes at Heel To Toe for the first time today & my experience was outstanding! Xavior listened to my story about experiencing severe foot, leg, & muscle pain due to starting a new physically labor intensive job, the kind of work I do, and the pain/symptoms I am feeling. I was measured, and we also tried a few different inserts & supports until the magic combination was found. These ARE the most expensive pair of shoes I've ever purchased for myself, but necessary & WELL worth any cost, not to mention the EXCELLENT customer service & knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

Great service! I've worn Arizona Birks for over 15 years and I always buy 'em there and get 'em repaired there, too! They'll listen to specific requests to make 'em as comfortable as possible (like grinding down the toe bar when installing a new foot bed). Plus, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the repair service is top notch! Thanks, folks!

Ok… I normally don’t write reviews like this but I am disappointed with my experience here. On Monday morning shortly after they opened I dropped off a pair of leather boots to be cleaned. I had bought them second hand and there was a great deal of old shoe polish, animal hair, and black gunk residue clearly visible around the hardware. I had called before hand to verify that this place even had cleaning services for boots. When I dropped off the shoes they told me it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days for them to finish. By the time friday rolled around I thought I would check in and see if they were finished, since I wanted to wear them Friday night. Not only were they not cleaned, but I was told that there were three orders that had yet to be cleaned ahead of time. After some time mulling it over, I returned a few hours later to pick up the dirty boots, figuring that I could bring them back later to have them cleaned. The (super nice) employee told me that they had actually just finished cleaning them, so I paid $15 for the service and left with the boots. When I got home I found that the boots had not been cleaned at all, and in fact they might have been even worse than before. I cannot even brush against them without thick black shoe polish (?) or gunk rubbing off. The hardware was still visibly dirty and the animal hair was still clinging to the dirt. I decided to leave this review after I spent half an hour trying to clean these boots without proper tools or supplies. I just want to be able to wear them without worrying about getting black gunk on every surface I touch. They are still very dirty and I basically paid them to hold my shoes hostage for a week. I’m including an extra star because the employees have all been nice aside from telling me these shoes were clean when they clearly were not.

Radio advertising says sale. Went in 1st salesman Oh no that's tomorrow. I never met a more arrogant staff in 20 years. After looking at a pair of shoes thinking I would come back tomorrow then apparently a manager informs me nothing on the sales floor we'll be on sale only the basement junk. If you're looking for an arrogant Snotty Rude place to buy shoes THIS IS THE PLACE. 10 YEAR CUSTOMER. DONE

My doctor sent me to this place because I had some discomfort on my feet, no pain. She recommended to get some insoles with inserts only. The staff were nice, asked me to wait for the expert. Without asking many questions the expert recommended to buy new shoes. He seemed frustrated when I didn't take his recommendation. I got the insoles with the insert but now my problem foot and my knee feel very uncomfortable. This was a couple of days ago , if the problem continue I'll have to see my doctor again. On the plus side they have a nice selection of shoes, it's a relatively large store.
